Accommodation is in hotels and tourist apartments, furnished apartments, holiday homes, villas, cheap hotel (no stars), Guest Houses, youth hostels and camping facilities. Categories: There are 1 - to 5-star hotels, apartments are in A, B and C split. The Cyprus Tourism Organization (see addresses) will award the stars and controlled the standard. HOTELS: There are over 500 hotels and apartment hotels and hotels with no easy category. There are 10% for operation and 3% tax. Outside the main season to grant numerous discount accommodations (resorts: November 1 - March 31, except Dec. 20 - Jan. 6; mountain resorts: 1 Oct - 30 June). Children who are in a room with their parents, also receive discount: 25% (6-12 years); 50% (1-6 years); by appointment (under 1 year). HOSTELS: Members of the International Youth Hostel premises are a number of youth hostels open. Non-members will also be accepted upon arrival, a guest card issued.
